At Café de los Volcanes, we curate and deliver the finest regional coffees to ensure an exceptional experience in every cup. Because coffee is a perishable agricultural product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on coffee bags based on personal taste preferences, accidental purchases, or buyer's remorse.

However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, our policy outlines how we handle replacements and refunds under California consumer guidelines:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect product (e.g., you ordered whole bean but received ground coffee), we will gladly make it right.

  • How to report: Please contact us at [Your Support Email] within 7 days of delivery.

  • What to include: Your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged packaging or incorrect item.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement bag at absolutely no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Note: You do not need to ship the damaged coffee back to us.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages

We ship using tracking services to ensure your coffee arrives safely.

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please verify your shipping address or check with neighbors/building management.

  • Café de los Volcanes is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after successful delivery, but please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

3. Order Cancellations

Because we process and fulfill orders quickly to guarantee freshness, cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or picked up for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
